Fairfield Trading Company, new to downtown Lakeville, welcomes you to shop for gifts for your family and friends. You may even find something for yourself. Items include: Soaps, Lotions, Jewelry, Baby Gifts, Picture Frames, Stationery, Seasonal Items and more. The shops is located at 20779 Holyoke Avenue, on the main street of Downtown Lakeville. Keep in Balance Massage

Massage Therapist Deb Pryor is now providing services in the Kingsway Chiropractic office at 20779 Holyoke Avenue (in back of the building occupied by Fairfield Trading Company).

In 1992 Ms. Pryor became a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant specializing in sensory integration and rehabilitation. In 1997 she began working for a chiropractor creating rehab programs for auto accident victims and workers compensation injuries. In 2005 she received her massage diploma from the Minnesota School of Business.

Her areas of specialty include relaxation massage, deep tissue, myofacial stretching, cranial sacral work, trigger point and Swedish massage techniques. Appointments are available by calling 952/240-0735. Hours are Mondays and Tuesdays, noon to 6:00 p.m., Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Fridays 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday appointments can also be arranged.


Kazolly's Sweet Shop

Kazolly’s Sweet Shop, owned by John and Patty Gruber, opened in downtown Lakeville on December 1, 2007. Located at 20731 Holyoke Avenue the shop offers an assortment of candies from expensive Swiss chocolates to candies not seen in years such as Razzles, Wax Bottles, Zotz, Fruit-striped Gum, Lemonheads, Jawbreakers, Pez, Chiclets, candy necklaces/bracelets and more! In addition to the variety of candies offered the shop also sells pastries, coffee and cold drinks. The name of the store was derived from a combination of the two Gruber childrens’ names, Zak and Holly. Joel is a 2003 graduate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN and specializes in total Health and Wellness for the Whole Family. A full line of chiropractic and nutritional services is available with a commitment of helping people understand how their bodies work.

The Hockey Development Center (HDC) opened its doors in downtown Lakeville in May of 2007. Located in the former Enggren's grocery store at 20775 Holt Avenue, the facility offers 24,000 square feet of the most advanced hockey skills training program available. Using the technology and skills training programs of Total Hockey Training Systems, HDC places its training focus on the most crucial skills necessary in the game of hockey – quick hands, quick feet, hockey vision and multi tasking. The Center offers on and off-ice training programs created by former NHL players, Division 1-3 college players and hockey parents passionate about the future of hockey. In April, 2007 Barger's Hair Design and owner, Judy Barger, celebrated the 20th anniversary of being in business. In July, the salon finished a complete renovation of the facility located at 20700 Holyoke Avenue.

The Loft Bridal & Design opened its business in July of 2007 at 20757 Holyoke Avenue. The 2,080 square foot boutique offers the ultimate bridal lounge with décor and event planning, unique rental items, favors gifts and more. Holly's Centre Stage Dance opened its beautiful new, 12,000 square foot, free standing building at 20721 Holyoke Avenue in October, 2007. Owner Holly Hewitt and her staff provide dance lessons of all types and to all ages. The building houses studios on two floors with retail space available on the first floor and office space on the second floor.

Marquis Zone, a business providing kitchen cabinets and remodeling services opened its doors in August of 2007 at 20908 Holyoke Avenue.

Discovery Financial Centers, Inc. and Intgra Health Care located within the Lakeville Mall at 20730 Holyoke Avenue are both growing and expanding their businesses. The renovations will be completed by the end of the December, 2007.
