  • Main Street Manor

Main Street Manor, the city's newest senior housing development, is located at 209th and Holyoke, the historic downtown main street. It was designed as a mixed-use building, with four retail spaces on the first floor, and apartments above.

Two existing businesses were relocated nearby to enable this block to be redeveloped, and the building was designed in accordance with the downtown architectural guidelines. Its location, one block from Enggren's Market, makes it ideal for residents to walk to do their shopping, and expands the downtown customer base. Senior housing is a high-demand amenity in Lakeville; the residential spaces in Main Street Manor are full, with a waiting list.

Retail/commercial space is fully occupied with four businesses including a bank, insurance office, karate studio and law office. For information on applying for the waiting list for the senior apartments, please call the Dakota County CDA at (651) 675-4516.
